Grammy-nominated Afrobeats star Ayra Starr is generating excitement worldwide ahead of the release of her highly anticipated third studio album, Starr Girl, scheduled for August 14 through Mavin Records and Republic Records.
The project follows her 2024 album, The Year I Turned 21, and is already being regarded as one of the year’s most anticipated Afrobeats releases. Ayra Starr first announced the album during an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show in April, where she revealed its title and initially targeted a July release.
The release date was later moved to August 14, accompanied by the unveiling of the official album artwork.
