What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
Take reasonable steps to ensure the user does not repost the infringing content.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area.

Repeat Infringers
Xpulse.ng reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
